| | WHen I purchased this keyboard I received the CD-Rom that had the drivers for it that were Version 1.3. I noticed that the driver for this keyboard on the site is a newer version, so I downloaded it. When I downloaded it, it caused an invalid page fault on my PC. I would like to upgrade to WIN 2000 and was wondering if the Version 1.3 that I have on CDROM will work or do I need to download the newer driver. And if so, how do I get the driver to stop causing the page fault. Thanks. |

| | I've downloaded the ver. 2.14 drivers for the keyboard and want them to work under Win2000. They work only with errors - I can't for example specify the "A-C" buttons - I get an error after installing and also after reboot - some functions work.

win2000 was not available. I am sorry that the keyboard's
hardware is not compatible with win2000. It is difficult
to cover this issue by software solution. We will try to

This driver provocs an herratic behaviour of the laptop (we had to uninstall the soft) and is writen in Chinese languuage (we do not speak Chinese, sorry).I remind you of our configuration: Compaq Armada M 300, Windows ME and 98 (french versions). If a software exists in English, please mail it to us. We can't find any efficient one on your support site, it always activates the integrated keypad to laptop's keyboard.

| | The KB-9810 is a standard keyboard. It doesn't need any driver for it. If you talk about the ACPI keys, this funtion will be handled by OS it self. The Win95 don't support ACPI. It only support APM. It is a OS issue. We are very sorry for that we can't help you. |

| | I can work with my USB keyboard on Windows NT Workstation, but It does not respond to the trials of turning on the keypad or the Bloq Mayús. There is a trouble with the i8042 port. What can I do to mend it?

| | The NT4 OS kernel don't support any USB device. Your keyboard can work, because the BIOS legacy support. Many of USB future will be lost in this mode. Thus we don't insure all USB keyboard function can work fine on NT4. We recommend please don't use any USB devices on NT4. |

| | The ACPI keys of KB-9810 are handled by OS and BIOS. We don't provide any driver for it. Basically the ACPI keys can work fine only on Win98, Win98 SE, WinMe and Win2000. As you talking about, it seems your machine is not full compatible with WinMe. Please make sure your machine support ACPI function. You can open "Control Panel"/"Power management" to show your computer power status. |
