Hi, The keyboard is our standard serise keyboard,it don't need any driver for it.The buttons:Sleep,Power,and Wake up are supported by your motherboard and operater system,so no driver need to install to make the three buttoms to work. If the buttoms don't work correctly,maybe your motherboard don't support the ACPI function. Best Regards Chicony

The Keyboard driver only support Win 98. Because the keyboard is made long time ago, and the keyboard hotkey specification is instituted before Win 2K. So the keyboard driver not support Win 2K and later. Finding any problems,please contace with us Best Regards Chicony

Hi sir/madam The keyboard can work properly without any driver. If your KB-9810 has ACPI keys( wake up , suspend , power off ) Please make sure your system support ACPI functions. I download new driver for kb3963 keybord (1.31), but i still can't run it on win 2000 Pro. When i try to run driver (new and old), windows show me "VxD not found". Is there an new win2000 driver for this keyboard?

Dear Sirs/Madams I own a KWP855 keyboard, I have installed he drivers correctly, but I've a question: In the configuration menue I deactivated the OnScreenDisplay, but everytime I restart my PC the OSD is activated again, which is very nasty. How do I have to configurate the drivers in order to prevent this?

I use the new Windows 2000 Professional, but I found no drivers for Keyboard 8993. I wanted to know if and when will these drivers will be available ? With the driver version 1.3 for W98, i have an error : VXD not found. Thanks a lot

Hello, I need driver for KB9810 for Win98II. I saw in the messages that you already had this problem but this is what happens: under win2k there was no problem about the 3 power buttons, they were doing exactly what they should, but under win98 both power off and sleep button do the same thing-sleep, the power button actually is not working as power, but as sleep.

I have the same problem with my 9885 Keyboard and your latest driver version (2.43 ???). The panel and driver works grat, but the settings of OSD didn't save...
